ARLINGTON, VA (March 11, 2010) -- WHNPA member and Washington Times photo editor Joe Eddins mentors and helps edit imagery shot by U.S. Coast Guard photographer Annie Berlin Ellis during the 5th Annual DC Shoot Off Photography Workshop in Arlington, Virginia. The non-profit program provides an extended weekend long event for military and civil service photographers as the best speakers, mentors, editors and judges volunteer for an event that aligns photographers with members of the White House Press Corps, industry professionals and veteran military photographers.
