ANNAPOLIS, MD - MAY 15: U.S. Naval Academy Freshmen, known as plebes, perform bicycle kicks on the edge of the Severn River, as they participate in "Sea Trials" at the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., May 15, 2007. "Sea Trials" challenges fourth class midshipmen and the upper class in leadership and teamwork in an action-oriented event, modeled after the U.S. Marine Corps' 54-hour "Crucible" and the Navy's "Battle Stations" training tests, which requires plebes to use skills they have learned during their first year at the Naval Academy.
